Dates, Location, and Fees

*Early enrollment delegate fee discounts apply to American Legion Post Sponsorships based on date of receipt of Delegate Information on fully-completed Official OKBS Registration Trifold brochure. Early enrollment delegate fee discounts apply to Independent Enrollment delegate registrations submitted before the dates listed above. 

Delegate fee (all levels) includes: 

• Housing for one week in university dorms
• Three meals per day
• 2 Official Oklahoma Boys State delegate shirts
• 2 OK Boys State-branded recreation shirts
• 1 OK Boys State string backpack
• All required texts, information, and required readings for the optional college credit (Rogers State University tuition and fees not included)
• 24-hour campus security
• Parent access to our photo and video blog where parents and other relatives can see, share, download and order prints of photos and videos throughout the week.

Due to the expenditures required to make the program operate, the following refund policy is in place for withdrawals from the program based on the date received.

• Prior to April 1 – Full Refund of delegate fee and other purchases.
• April 1, 2023 thru April 30 – 50% refund of delegate fee and other purchases
• May 1 or after – Delegate fees and other purchases are nonrefundable
